How does AfterGLP work?
AfterGLP is your personal GLP-1 medication companion. Log each injection with the date, time, medication, dose, and injection site. The app tracks your estimated medication level over time, shows your weight and progress trends, and lets you log side effects, nutrition, and daily notes — all in one clean dashboard.
What medications does AfterGLP support?
AfterGLP supports all common GLP-1 and dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist medications including Tirzepatide (Mounjaro / Zepbound), Semaglutide (Ozempic / Wegovy), Liraglutide (Victoza / Saxenda), Dulaglutide (Trulicity), Exenatide, Retatrutide, compounded GLP-1 formulations, and custom or other medications. You can also add a custom medication name if yours isn't listed.
How does the Estimated Medication Levels chart work?
The chart visualises your estimated GLP-1 medication concentration over time based on your logged injection history and each medication's approximate half-life. It shows peaks after each jab and the gradual decline until your next dose. This is an informational estimate only — actual pharmacokinetics vary by individual. Always consult your doctor for clinical guidance.
How do I log a jab?
Tap the + button on any screen or go to the Jabs tab and tap "+ Add jab". Select the date and time, choose your medication and dosage strength, pick your injection site (stomach, arm, or thigh with sub-location), rate your pain level, and tap Save. Your jab is instantly added to your history and the medication level chart updates automatically.
How does injection site rotation tracking work?
AfterGLP remembers your last injection site and suggests the next location in your rotation to help reduce tissue buildup. You can also manually choose any site. Rotating injection sites — across the stomach (upper, lower, left, right, mid), arms, and thighs — is recommended to avoid lipohypertrophy.
How do I track my weight and progress?
Go to the Results tab and tap + Add to log a weight entry. The app automatically calculates your total change, percentage lost, weekly average, current BMI, and how far you are from your goal. Set your goal weight in Settings. The trend chart shows your weight journey with dose changes marked for context.
What is a Glow Card?
A Glow Card is a beautiful, shareable snapshot of your progress — think of it as a milestone card you can save or share with friends and your support community. It's generated from your real data and shows key highlights like total weight lost and jabs completed. Find it in the Results tab under "Make a Glow Card."
How do I share a report with my doctor?
Go to the Results tab and scroll to "Share report with doctor." Tap the button to generate a clean PDF that includes your jab history, dose changes, weight trend, side effects log, and nutrition averages. You can share it directly via email, messaging, or save it to your Files app to bring to your appointment.
What subscription plans are available?
AfterGLP offers two plans:
Weekly Plan — $2.99/week: Billed every 7 days. Full access to all features including unlimited jab logging, medication level charts, weight tracking, side effects log, nutrition tracking, and calendar view. Cancel anytime.
Yearly Plan — $39.99/year: Best value. Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Full access to all features plus progress photos, measurements, Glow Card creation, and doctor PDF reports. After the trial, billed once per year.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
The Yearly Plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You'll get full access to all AfterGLP features during the trial. If you don't cancel before the 7 days are up, you'll be charged $39.99 for the first year. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends through your device's subscription settings and you won't be charged.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's store settings:
iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → AfterGLP → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → AfterGLP → Cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you'll retain full access until then. To avoid being charged for the yearly plan, cancel before your free trial ends.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on your platform.

Is AfterGLP a medical app?
No. AfterGLP is a personal tracking and logging tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Estimated medication level charts are informational approximations based on general pharmacokinetic models and are not clinically validated. Always follow the guidance of your prescribing physician or healthcare provider regarding your medication, dosage, and treatment plan.
The app is crashing or not working. What do I do?
First, try closing and restarting the app. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling — your data will be restored from backup if cloud sync is enabled. If you're still experiencing issues, please email support@afterglp.app with your device model, iOS/Android version, and a description of what happened.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request full account and data deletion by emailing support@afterglp.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - AfterGLP". Please include your account email. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm when complete. You can also delete individual logs or your entire jab/weight history directly within the app.
Is AfterGLP available on both iOS and Android?
Yes! AfterGLP is available on both the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Download it free on either platform and subscribe to unlock the full feature set including medication level charts, weight tracking, Glow Cards, and doctor reports.

Tips for Your GLP-1 Journey
- Log every jab consistently — even a quick log right after your injection keeps your medication level chart accurate and your history complete for doctor appointments.
- Rotate your injection sites — use the app's site suggestion feature to rotate between stomach, arm, and thigh locations. This prevents scar tissue buildup and keeps absorption consistent.
- Track your protein intake — GLP-1 medications reduce appetite, which can lead to insufficient protein. Aim to log your daily protein and hit your target to preserve muscle during weight loss.
- Log side effects honestly — nausea, dizziness, and fatigue are common, especially after dose increases. Keeping a detailed side effects log helps you and your doctor identify patterns and adjust your plan.
- Don't just watch the scale — use the measurements and progress photos features to track inches lost. Body composition can change significantly even when the scale moves slowly.
- Set a realistic goal weight — use the Results tab to set a goal and track your percentage progress. Breaking your journey into smaller milestones helps keep you motivated.
- Share your report before appointments — send your doctor PDF report ahead of your next appointment so your healthcare provider can review your full history before you meet.
