Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the AfterGLP mobile application ("Application"), operated by the AfterGLP Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
By accessing or using AfterGLP, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Medical Disclaimer: AfterGLP is a personal tracking and logging tool only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare guidance. Estimated medication level charts are informational approximations only and should not be used to make clinical decisions. Always follow the guidance of your prescribing physician or healthcare provider regarding your GLP-1 medication, dosage, and treatment plan.

Estimated medication levels are approximations based on general pharmacokinetic models and are not clinically validated. The app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results from GLP-1 medications vary by individual. AfterGLP makes no guarantees about weight loss outcomes or medication effectiveness.
AfterGLP offers the following subscription plans:
Both plans provide full access to AfterGLP premium features including unlimited jab logging, estimated medication level charts, weight and BMI tracking, side effects logging, nutrition tracking, calendar view, progress photos, measurements, Glow Cards, and doctor PDF reports. Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and are subject to those platforms' billing terms.
The Yearly Plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged $39.99 for the first year. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and is typically limited to users who have not previously subscribed to AfterGLP. The Weekly Plan does not include a free trial.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as your current plan.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any pricing changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are subject to the respective store's refund policies. We do not control refund decisions made by Apple or Google.

AfterGLP processes sensitive personal health data including medication logs, weight records, body measurements, and side effect information. You acknowledge that:
All content, technology, software, charts, algorithms, graphics, and branding within the Application are owned by or licensed to AfterGLP and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without express written permission.
You retain full ownership of the injection logs, weight records, notes, and personal health data you create within the Application. By using the app, you grant AfterGLP a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the app's services. We will not use your personal health data for any other purpose without your consent.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AfterGLP does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimated medication level calculations will be clinically accurate. Individual medication pharmacokinetics vary and the app's models are informational approximations only.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AfterGLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to loss of health data, decisions made based on app information, or any health outcomes related to your GLP-1 medication use. AfterGLP is a tracking tool only and assumes no liability for medical decisions made using information provided by the app.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AfterGLP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Application, violation of these Terms, or any health decisions made using information provided by the app without proper medical consultation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Application or via email. Your continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
